EASYREACH.NG DELIVERY POLICY

At EasyReach.ng, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver products purchased through our platform.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In certain situations, additional verification may be required before an order is approved and shipped.

  1. DELIVERY COVERAGE

EasyReach.ng delivers to customers across Nigeria.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and accessibility.

Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Lagos: 1–3 Business Days

Major Cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, Kano, etc.): 2–5 Business Days

Other Locations Nationwide: 3–10 Business Days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, security issues, transportation disruptions, or courier delays.

  1. DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

Customer location

Package size and weight

Selected delivery method

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Customers may receive order updates through email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, or their EasyReach.ng account dashboard where available.

Tracking information will be provided when available through our logistics partners.

  1. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once.

If a customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failure to receive an order after multiple delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

  1. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon delivery.

If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the customer should report the issue immediately and, where possible, refuse acceptance of the package.

  1. DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, EasyReach.ng does not guarantee delivery dates.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Government actions

Strikes

Security concerns

Transportation disruptions

Courier-related issues

Any event beyond our reasonable control

  1. INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

EasyReach.ng shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, incorrect phone numbers, or incomplete delivery details.

  1. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Orders containing multiple products may be delivered separately depending on product availability, supplier location, or logistics arrangements.

Customers will be notified where applicable.

  1. OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the order.
